When asking Robert of Robert's Rubbish Services what he wanted in a website, the answer he gave me was "I want it to give me more work" was the less than epic answer, but nevertheless a good one. I set to work creating a website that delivers the message of rubbish removal effectively with descriptive content, a concise form and large print phone number. In order to bring traffic to the website as quickly as possible upon its deployment, we set up a Google Adwords campaign that is geographically targeted to Robert's service areas. The large green button gives the customer a clear signal of where to take the next step to make a rubbish removal enquiry, which takes them to a form. All traffic data is generated using Google Analytics with up to the minute information about the effectiveness of not only the Adwords Campaign, but also the natural search results and referring websites. As the organic search results increase and perhaps surpass the paid search results through Google Adwords, the option is there to decrease or even eliminate the Adwords campaign. Now that this website is getting more than half of its traffic in the natural results of Google for search terms like "rubbish removal melbourne", "trash removal melbourne", "renovation cleanup melbourne", "construction site cleanup melbourne" to name a few that are found on the first page of Google. In fact, if "rubbish removal"is used in combination with most melbourne suburb names will appear on the first page of google as well (rubbish removal northcote for example.) Robert now has the envious problem of having too much work... He is now booked weeks in advance and employs more people to take on jobs that he is unable to attend to. All this during a recession!
